The Zippo housing is made of aluminum, black aluminum, which of course looks very elegant. And by the matt surface, the lighter and does not slip out of your hands.
Fortunately, I had taken precautions and bought at a third party a vial gasoline, otherwise I would have rather old looked when I got delivered the lighter.
The loading or refilling is easier than we thought. Simply open it, touch the housing and pull out the top piece, fold the top layer cotton down and loskippen it. How much in a Zippo lighter is one, I do not know why I did it just to feel. Then put the piece back into the housing, rotate the wheel and behold, I have made fire (which would now sound certainly spectacular, if we had the fire not long ago discovered).
The lighter stinks pretty after gasoline, but that does not bother me at all personally. Only people in my immediate area felt often bothered by the smell of petrol, which of course has not stopped me to use it on.
All in all I am very happy with my choice. Here one can guarantee anything wrong.
