To install under XP Prof. 32 bit there is not much to say. The Install all drivers for 3G operation and as a mass storage works without any problem. Also lets the stick some settings can apply to that than comfortable with the software.
However, disadvantages are the poor access to the SIM card, this is only possible with fingernails which a few that stand, and the display on the embroidery whether HSDPA / UMTS / EDGE / GPRS or any network is present. Here at least the unwritten standard should be installed as blue for UMTS, EDGE and green for door gravel for HSDPA and not a simple red or green, no matter which network is now applied.
But: If you have a laptop / desktop with Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit or 3 and would like to take this MF190 needs much patience and a cool head. Neither works the Install two Ultimate Books with Win 7 64 bit even on two desktops with 32er bit Ultimate. Here the drive is only done in the device control as Congstar stick, install the drivers from the drive or Windows is not possible. Not manually or automatically. Moreover, the stick is not even recognized as mass storage.
By using ZTE drivers from a Vodafone ZTE35xx stick but it was at least possible to install the 3G driver. By copying the Congstar software from XP computer is also using the software possible but sometimes not stable. You can switch between 3G and EDGE performs like to close the software and thus the connection is lost.
Why the software had to be copied was because the Congstar installation even after cleaning the whole key of the old "Speed Manager" installation is completed, again because an "old byteblue / Speed Manager" software must be uninstalled first. Installation was previously simply impossible even with new notebooks with Ultimate.
Sorry, neither of the Web support even the Telesupport of Congstar for 41 euro cents will not help the minute. But I do not laste times on the stick.
Conclusion: Anyone looking for high-speed HSDPA network in D1 and no Ultimate his own calls where the stick is to be used here can access safely. The price is ok and the power from the drive appropriately and good to very good. But if you own Ultimate as OS and has taken this stick in the eye should make a wide circle around this stick. Sorry!
