Cocky say the developers of the "Bi-Oil" improvement in scars and stretch marks. But this promise is consistent and tough not complied with! The stretch marks are more visible than before (more purple, the opposite of faded).
I have now been 2 complete applications behind me, 23 kicked the window and it has shown no effect! The oil was twice a day (!) Applied every day for 6 months.
