The necklace arrived broken, simply because it was in an envelope without any protection. In addition the seller does not respond to the claim made there over a week. A leak absolutely. Other similar items are sold by other shops. It's pricey but too get to see a broken item. I'm disapointed. The attached photo was taken soon open envelope.
