happy with my purchase, baby is rocked gently on 1.je level think not use levels from 3 because it starts going fast enough. some problems to start up, despite two sets of batteries (and durcacelle varta), the swing was not working :( after several test battery change ect I was angry so, I sent an email to amazon who offered me an exchange item. The next day the swing worked very well and since no worries .... amazon very responsive as I received the news 3 days later (impossible to replace canceled, the package was gone).
otherwise practice the swing span modes 15/30/45 minutes, the automatic change of pleasant music. just a small problem, too bad there was no safety catch to prevent the swing moves when you take the baby.
the seat is soft, looks comfortable but still is quite hollow.
