My friend has tried namely that which I never do: namely by the lock short wait until the castle "separates", and then tried to reopen.
Krass, what luck that not even a burglar came up with this idea. On the need for clarification over my insurance, I'm not necessarily sharp when no trace to be found ...
A phone call on my return at Burg Wächter brought by describing the Sympotme only an impassive "there is probably a mechanical defect before, consult your dealer" by Burg Wächter forth - so great!
Thank God, the traders - here a praise to Tegge - quickly sent a new castle.
This has at least two days and is working as it should. Then, however, the inverted error to above: The castle no longer opens.
After entering the correct code, the lock will flash 1x (if correct) and the handset prompts you to turn the lock. Only it turns through just because the lock does not open.
Once again, thank God we had the emergency tangible, otherwise we would be well in front of closed door and probably looking in the phone book for the cheapest service provider removes this scrap with a drill from the front door.
A few more words on this TSE software that you can buy for this much money (about 60 Euro):
A so user unfriendly software with a surface of Win 3.1-times I've never seen. The part I've bought, but it use out of sheer frustration, not because you do not even with my other Castle (5012 fingerprint) can manage people with fingerprint, but only with the number of codes. An operation of the software without reading the manual is simply impossible. One wishes that the programmers - as long as they are not yet in retirement - are equipped times with an iPad, so that they see what intuitive operation means.
Conclusion: Good thing we noticed the error before damage has occurred. Very clear recommendation: I would buy this castle again!
