2 x defective

Had my chair appointed as a gift for someone (birthday)
1) very fast delivery
2) unpacked - Defective backrest and sitting (scarred, holes do not exist, defect 1 roll)
Get 3) super-fast replacement, backrest defective (Dreiangel torn)!
4) fast delivery again the rest, but not fit the attachment (long holes and width of the holder! (Too wide)
5) Now we have from all parts of an entire chair assembled because we had no desire to send all this bickering, but this was a lot of work, (parts change etc.) which indeed now times so should not be.
3 stars anyway because very quickly got the supplies and was korespondiert very nice!
