I had a USB adapter to charge my phone etc which seemed to work well but it was a very unpleasant Acute his young ears of my son (age benefit, I nentendait nothing;)). I replaced it with this charger I put in a coffee table, a hole to exit the son and the whole family connects it to load phone, tablet, Kindle etc. All without heat, nor have lots of chargers and cables or acute whistle sounds. It is well :)
