I find that reads not so bad right?
I started actually with 5 days 3x daily Shake + vegetable juice and vegetable broth. The success was amazing ... 4kg in the first week. That was exactly the effect you wanted to achieve ... It is "hooked" and wants more ... Des means especially diet and self-discipline. Yokebe can help, but is not a panacea. I take a week maybe 6 to 8 shakes to me ... Mostly in the morning now and then for lunch and almost never in the evening. The rest is sensible eating and 2-3 times a week running, swimming or bike ride.
When allowed to "grind" for a few days (eg. As a holiday) are of course right back 2-3 kg on it, but also because then helps Yokebe ... 2 days with each 2 shakes and everything is back on track ,
Conclusion:
Yokebe is a good diet means, but in the end you have to want it himself. Allergy sufferers should however be careful ... I will respond only very weak, but you can tell (Almased was not me!)
