3 of 6 batteries with no voltage required

I had 3Doppelpackungen Duracell battery ordered MN21 and get even after 3Tagen, but when I einbaute the first battery in the remote control did not work this. Then I checked the voltage with a digital multimeter, and found a voltage of only a few mV voltage. Thereupon I unpacked both other packages and each was ever a battery with just a few mV voltage. After complaining I was offered a replacement or money back, if I send the complete packages at his own cost.
