AVIRA I use for many years with great satisfaction. After installing this version on the 1st PC no problems. Any possible additional program components have been installed correctly. The program runs fast and so far very stable. Since it was offered for 2 users and 6 devices, I wanted to secure my second PC. As I got on when you enter the code, the message that it has already been used. After several failed attempts, I then phoned AVIRA hotline. There I was helped immediately and very friendly. Unfortunately, the installation on my PC 2 was a little awkward. AVIRA sent me a mail with an installation guide, which I then ++ without the purchased CD ++ had to pull out of the net. It worked and I have protected without problems even my 3 phone (smartphone). But: Why do I buy a product for 2 users and 6 devices, if I can use the original CD-ROM only for 1 unit and then only on contact with the AVIRA other devices must be secured by means of mail-instructions and download over the network ? This is unsatisfactory! As AVIRA must come up with something! User-friendly is not. The 3 devices now installed program with all the additional programs (Dropbox, Speedup etc) is outstanding, but maybe I'll get next year to another provider who makes less Umständ. Total program award, but installation deficient - therefore only 3 stars.
