I was looking for a landline that is not expensive and which allows for the filtering of outgoing calls.
I thought it was going to be a mission impossible, finally I came across fixed at Phillips (before I had a Gigaset H490).
Nothing to say:

- Easy to use
- Essential functions neither more nor less
- Outgoing Call Barring (. 4 4-digit prefixes to max it was enough to define: 00,06,07,08)
- Excellent listening
- Button on the combined research base
- Responsiveness in menus
- Cheap
