One thing, the sound is pretty good! "The bass rumbles, Loveparade amazed" To say times with Sidos words. :)

The sound quality was certainly enumerated already sufficient.

I now count just look at the things that bother me on personally. And me therefore make it difficult to purchase.

1. cable behind the ear? Okay! But please provided so that it can always be adjusted by using stiffeners. Since Sennheiser has been sleeping really. Can not tell you otherwise. I watch you once the RHA T10 on, so must! The loops are the Sennheiser mitliefert well intentioned but in practice rather unwieldy cables from slipping out, takes forever to adjust. Annoys me personally really most.

2. The supplied plugs are okay, some are useless .. I suppose in any ear in the world (too big and stiff and strange forms ..). What I'm missing is a long stopper which is a little further into the ear so that goes in the seat, lock and stop better. The supplied are for my "problematic" ears not good (enough).

3. No identification to the story sometimes in the dark use. A small bump on the left earpiece would have sufficed. My 8 Panasonic in ear has.

4. plastic case would in this price range (MSRP 300!) Must be in any case. See RHA T10. Generally I find the processing of the case is not "perfect". As I'm used to it from Sennheiser! It seems to me a bit cheap. In addition, SH would be able to offer an engraving service for aluminum bezel.

5. The regulation of the bass is a nice idea, but the Labelling and the scale could have been clearer. Especially you do not see in which direction you have now turned. There is no indication (an arrow or colored marking). Again thoughtlessly! Again, I refer to the Rha T10. (Should be no advertising, I had the Rha T10 not in hand, speak only of what I've seen in pictures and videos!)

I do not know Sennheiser! I like you and your products seeehr! But times goes slowly over time with offering your customers something. Vmoda goes quite well with this "personalization rail" and Rha shows that for "good" money also can give a lot of quality and sound. [Addendum: I must emphasize sound .. the Rha were really not good from Sound]

In conclusion: This all sounds more negative than it is meant! The IE 80 is surely gigantic, when the cable is bent into shape, and has the appropriate sit up has increased.
