The sticky tape is out of order, he had to stay in the sun or another ... A band is because misfolded HS. Looks like a decommissioned stock.

The seller offered me a prorated refund for the HS band: trader, but I have no paypal ...

For the price, it's fine! I content to me.

I recommend it-yourselfers not very fussy about quality, a nice blue, to add: double sided, predict: Risk HS unpacking.
