I will add a response piece by piece, the TV I have only been one day, but want to directly share my impressions.
Over the next few weeks, then I complete the review :) This is one of my first (detailed) reviews, so please be merciful :)
Also, I am not a professional, I describe everything from a user's perspective, interested in technology. Please do not expect to accurate information and data.
++ ++ Decision
My old 32 "LED Samsung had gone badly. Too small, barely functions, image only satisfactory etc.
The UE46F6890 is one of the first devices that appear in the Amazon TV Search. I'm nobody who immediately buys only the best, but he had it done to me from the beginning. In the long nights on the lookout for my new Dream TV, I had eventually deadlocked on plasma TV's. In matter of Panasonic TX-P42GTW60 came. You hear only good things about the TV and under priced he was still. Somehow I then came back from the plasma Tripp down and I decided but for a low-power, cheaper LED TV. So I was back in F6890. Mainly I wanted to watch Blu-Rays and come finally to benefit from 3D. The customer reviews were also good. So I decided spontaneously to Samsung, even if I was afraid Clouding etc.
++ ++ Delivery
The new TV spot was 8 Per Morning Express then clock in my house. Thank you Amazon for reliable deliveries! Here are TV's Amazon shipped only in its original packaging, maybe I'm overly cautious, but I would like a proper protection. The TV was still on curative :)
++ Build ++
With a helping hand the device is lifted quickly out of the package. Both feet look solid but are not made of aluminum or similar as might be supposed from the image. With 2 screws feet sit well, the TV shaky anyway, but I do not know anyone so narrow LED TV which does not wobble slightly.
Then put on the TV cabinet, even the wars with the actual construction.
++ ++ Commissioning
Everything went super quick and easy. Plugged power cable, HDMI inserted batteries into the remote and off you go. The TV set right with some settings such as country, time, date, WiFi, tuning, etc. But it has quickly clicked through, everything works easily and simply.
About the tuning I write first nothing because our satellite reception is not very good and has always caused problems until now, no matter what kind of TV, Receiver. I started directly with a Blu-Ray to test the image. For TV I still have the Amazon 4-for-30 range and used to order me some Blu-Rays, also yet to test "Pacific Rim" as a 3D Blu-Ray and the 3D image. By the way I controlled the setup with the Smart Touch remote control that works wonderfully! Great idea with the remote control, so that feels good to cycle through the menus.
++ Picture (Blu-ray) ++
First of all I Pacific Rim (not 3D Blu-Ray) inserted to get a first impression of the image. And ... and ...! I'm excited! In the standard picture settings without any changes, the picture looks good! Very beautiful colors, a great black (which is in LED TV's always a problem) and the motion display was excellent! After a while I have not tried the other picture modes prefabricated and then decided to go for dynamic because I then felt the image as something more contrast. For me, everything was time great! I could not see any streaks or stuttering. Clouding is easy to guess, but only when I ran a private video on the USB flash drive (no HD video), it is noticed at all. But even when the image was just deep black. Really nothing that bothers me so far, I know very well that every LED TV is struggling in any way.
++ ++ 3D image
Then I inserted the 3D version of Pacific Rim (There are certainly better movies to enjoy optimum 3D). The 2 Active shutter glasses included in the box look very high. One only needs to attach both brackets and replace the battery. Then you can with a push of a button "mate", the glasses with the device, which is also recognized by the TV immediately. As a Blu-Ray player by the way I use my PS3, which also supports 3D playback since updating to version 3.5 (I think).
I'm 3D newbie and have never seen a 3D movie in the theater or private. I thought actually 3D is unnecessary bells and whistles and something I'll never use anyway. How incredibly fascinated I then but was surprised now. I just wanted a short daily in the movie, but somehow it has captivated me the full 2 hours. The picture is despite glasses, 1A and the 3D effect can be seen. Anyway, I am absolutely thrilled by 3D and want more!
++ ++ Clay
Is how I like that! Due to the narrow design of any LED TV suffers from poor bass sound. Currently I find the sound but really OK, but will anyway soon be replaced by a vicious home theater system, which I recommend to anyone.

++ Tuning ++
For TV I have to be ordered a new satellite cable. Now I was finally able to also test the integrated DVB-S tuner. Unfortunately, I have no HD + module, so I can only talk from the standard TV program, or even by the standard image quality. The tuning was ratz fatz. You must change any other settings, it is enough to start the automatic tuning. I have just found channels in 1900, mostly foreign but which you can remove in the Prog. Manager. The tuning went easy and has found all the useful channels directly. Equally simple is the manual configuration of the transmitter to a desired number. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
++ ++ SD image
Since I now receive the normal TV channels, I could take the SD (standard definition) image in inspection. Looks really good, but nothing special. Is perhaps the small distance from the TV. If you could go slip feet backwards, which would certainly also help, but to a SD image is never really nice. One can not blame the TV because the quality in which the program is broadcast, is hanging on the transmitter. Still, he gets even with a bad resolution concluded a satisfactory image.
++ ++ Youtube App
The only app I've really tested from the Smart Hub so far :) Unfortunately, there are also a lot of useless apps that were already installed. As a small example: BMW Vision, Vision Mercedes, Audi vision and diverse fashion & Fashion Apps. I find personally not necessary that from any car brand an app must be installed. As to uninstall the Apps I have not yet figured out. Back to Youtube App: Is there really not much to say. Works flawlessly, loads quickly and the video will smoothly reproduced in good quality. The overview is only a bit strange, because you just know another Youtube layout from mobile / PC. The operation with the Smart Touch Remote Control works great, but I still am a Bluetooth keyboard set, is simply more comfortable. I wanted the app only mention, because I have heard of problems with it. So for me, no problems.
++ USB recording ++
When recording to a USB flash drive or hard drive, I was skeptical at first. Fortunately unfounded. My Noname 8GB USB flash drive was immediately recognized by my TV. To the recording function to be used for the first time, the TV must first test the performance, then format the drive to a suitable format. If everything goes within 2-3 minutes. I have taken the test a series "The Black List". So just go in the guide and select the desired program in the overview. The next day I called the reception manager and lo and behold, everything worked, quite straightforward. In the image quality I can not tell the difference, the series ran anyway only in SD and not HD, since the image quality is never intoxicating. I'm not sure, but the function can only be used if the TV program is running on one of the built-in tuner.
So the result has about 1,9GB. One should better define a 32GB flash drive, or possibly by a small external hard drive in order to not have to worry about too little memory must.

++ ++ Perspective
After 1-2 more Blu-Rays and the standard TV the past few days I still noticed something to view. Unfortunately I have no comparison to other LED TV's of this size, but I can say that my old small TV since had a better figure. If I assume that you are sitting in front of the TV front, you can slip more than 30 ° to the right or left, before losing the image quality. So it's definitely in my TV proportions (about 2.80m distance and the TV is 42cm high, 40cm high while I'm sitting) From about 45 ° is then adjusted also clouding more firmly. Otherwise I have no problems with clouding or a "Dirty Screen Effect", except perhaps in SD video from a USB stick or from time to time in the transition from PS3 menu for Blu-ray menu. But that's almost nag at the highest level. So who wants to look like from the dining table to the TV from the couch and, should think about a different model, because the F6890 has 2 solid feet and can not be turned! But is not a problem for me since I only watch anyway from the couch and a maximum of 10-20 ° can slide in any direction.
++ ++ Conclusion
Positives:
1A + Design, very flat, very thin edge and the 2 feet outside are doing well with the transparent frame!

+ 3D image for my inexperienced eyes, absolutely outstanding!
+ HD / Blu-Ray picture great! Natural colors, good contrast and good sharpness!
+ 400Hz CMR brings a liquid image!
+ Adequate ports for console, DVD player and USB sticks
Negative / Neutral:
For me there is really no bad points, but I try to be fair and just enumerate a few things that I do not find optimal.
- Pre-installed apps, very much unnecessary stuff almost nobody needs to.
- Viewpoint: Have not compared to other TV's of this size, but from 30 ° to conclude my opinion. Is not optimal, but now is not necessarily negative.
- SD picture: Better than average, but also may be due to my distance from the TV.
- Menu is a little slow, is not annoying, but it could be liquid.
- Voice control: Well what can I say, is great that there is something, but when I think of volume each time to press the button for +1, wait for the voice recognition is ready, then have to say loud, that's insanely complicated and actually facilitates nothing :)
