Processing and design is wertig, a feature I personally simply superfluous but the sound or rather the "not sound" has convinced me. The Roar, who thankfully not "roars" like many competitors, has a neutral sound, which does not bother even after several hours, but is perceived as very pleasant, especially in classical music or jazz for my ears. So he conjures no bass thunderstorm although some can be helped along with Terra Bass and Roar what Allerding taste. The treble response is critically dependent on the positioning of the speaker, but what is true for all devices in this category.
All in all, I would buy the unit again and recommend prospective him just to listen. About the price has to be said that it is measured on is commanded quite favorable.
Who has more than 100 pain threshold, can look around at JBL Harman, who also a few interesting devices now in the 2nd Gen. and more in doses format ;-)
For 149 remains personally Roar first choice for me.
