Brown could also make it easy to sell (for the customer) and the electric handpiece as "model 700" and the brushes can be - see in my further comments - change arbitrarily; This applies to all rotating brushes and (!) the TriZone!
You might suspect or have found themselves: Braun (Procter & Gamble) does not make it just slightly. And at the moment we are talking about "only" from the Model 700, which is available with minimal upgrades (program / accessory) also known as "750"! And then we have the other models that are offered each with each brush extracting it even disregarded. - That's about 4 basic models times 4 to 5 brush heads, then a different color and, more recently, with Bluetooth. For me there is only one significant clue: If you your gums is important, you should put on a great value Pressure sensor that prevents from "too much pressure"! Either you get used to it themselves well to the brush loosely to press, or use a "Power" which indicates with beeps or blinks at fixed pressure as possible. (These include VITALITY and the 500/600/700 models NOT!)
#Andruckkontrolle: The model discussed here (Braun Oral-B Professional Care 700 White & Clean) raises in the product description, a "Sensitive Pressure sensor" out. That sounds nice, but - sorry, if I say so flat's - nonsense, because you take this type Pressure sensor may not be sufficiently true, because the unit does not stop, only the rotations cease. In fact, it shows hardly ... (One beep after my deeming GOOD Pressure sensor and flash. The visit with the models 100 and Triumph.)
#White & Clean?
That just means that a 3D White brush supplied is included here. Up on the comfort handle - - Otherwise, the model is equipped with many other models from the 500/600-series he identical.

1- Oral-B Vitality (at about 15 to 20 euros) -> the Best!
Feels louder than all subsequent models, has a low cleaning frequency, battery does not last as long.
This model has no Pressure sensor, there is a danger that one presses too hard and therefore damaging the gums. The price is tempting ... I highly recommend this model definitely not.
2 - Oral-B 500/600/700 - here it starts, that all these models do not differ from the inner workings (cleaning frequency): 20,000 pulsations / minute. Battery has adequate life that you can use the device with 2 people. Pressure sensor in place, but only stops pulsations -> sounds superficially good, actually you know it hardly! (I find Pressure sensor until 1000 he series good and effective.)
These models are available in quietschbunt and with different names / external shapes and brush attachments. Long live diversity! ;-)
3 - Oral-B 1000/3000 - The 40,000 pulsations, one notices from the toothbrush earnings - compared to the 20,000 pulsations - minimal, but the toothbrush hear a little quieter and feels calmer! Expressed in dB (I've measured!) Is neglecting the more. For models with 40,000 pulsations everything seems quiet, quiet, comfortable ... (come on approach almost to SONIC, but does not vibrate so * funny *)
More importantly, these models have a visual Pressure sensor -> flashes when too much pressure on red. I think this is the most effective way that prevents to firm pressure on the gums.
4 - Oral-B Triumph 5000/5500 - The top model can slightly more than the 1000/3000-series, but in the cleaning performance can no longer be expected. The battery is STRONGER - it shows. There are more flush modes (settings) and a smart guide. (In my experience, I use no more than the polishing mode. The Smart Guide is now no longer in use, because the batteries were empty ...) are supplied with here more (different) Brush attachments and a travel case ( also I do not use because too clunky).
For Pressure sensor: The here is really top class.
The following common features All models have:

TriZone - With this brush, I am personally - see above - at loggerheads. For my taste, the P & G advertising text pretends too much before - because in real, they do not brush better than the round heads, but have - that bothers me most - much too large brush head, which I unfortunately not good to jaw or wisdom teeth off-am. The (minimum) up-down swing I think hollow hoax that promises less than he thinks. Moreover the TriZone brush heads are made in China and still expensive - and after a month you have to go, just like everybody else.

For mentioned period of time (4 weeks) of the brush, you simply make one the following experiment:
After a brush - no matter which model - who have regularly used a month or six weeks because of me, you switch to another (NEW !!!) brush: For me, it always feels like a world of difference. And that's me every time so, mainly because I use the brush usually longer than one month ;-)
-> Brushes see namely after 4 to 8 weeks is not necessarily bad worn out - although there such a Ausbleich mechanism is incorporated as an indicator - they do not * good * their service. I realize then but that after these 2 minutes brushing again at least 1 minute must be further cleaned to really get everything smoothly ... until I change a brush. So I think you * can * a brush before more than 4 or 6 weeks Benefit, but you must then also increase the brushing time to still get good results anyway.
Cleaning the electric toothbrush + Battery Care - Tips:

Boss: You should see my review - in similar lautendem text - find models for many Oral-B, so I can only assure you I am not an employee of Oral-B and get absolutely nothing for it (except that I devices the provided was a tester program). Sorry, I have no hands to be brief, much sounds redundant - something I could cut and probably completely lost some small things out of focus. About Notes I am grateful.
Why "only" 4 stars?
I think the combination of a 700-er model with the 3D White & Clean brush head to a misleading and also I do not really like the hard blast of sound and the hammer effect while brushing well.
Each model has its advantages, and idiosyncrasies - I warn in function like Pressure sensor in things and therefore put more emphasis on health (gums) as --- eg the battery. This also comes from the fact that I have the battery discharged at any of these many models tested to be too low, too fast, charged too long, felt.
In short, with the battery performance I'm satisfied as long as long as the device does not prematurely give up the ghost. And that was previously only (almost 5 years ago) at a Vitality ago, the 3 year, however, was in use.
