A bad habit

As Watchdogs it a few months ago, Ubisoft "gratifies" a title that is (deliberately?) Not optimized for the PC, but with some "gameplay" rather good.
The pros:
-We Can walk everywhere in Paris and played really well in some really very very nice buildings (cuckoo Sainte Chapelle)
-The Really extensive customization (many ways to stuff as possible, focusing on the fight distance, discretion etc.)
-The Combat system is somewhat more difficult (more challenge and satisfaction in some cases), what was missing was a good spam or BTAC of x and b from time to time came to the end of anything, same for the smoke bombs nerve cheatees that are less than before.

The -:
-The History lacks depth and interest, the pattern of the type "+ infiltration kill a random guy" apparently served to make much of history, less diversity as in Black Flag
-Optimization. No. Noooo. NO! but if they are remade the blow of Watchdogs. Given my config that runs roughly everything that makes High (since the max has no interest in reality) here in Medium I sometimes lags (I have 8GB of RAM, 3GB overclocked 7970 an i5 of last year). I do not play "in" 1080p but all the same, I have difficulty in believing that the consoles can run the game fluently saw the gap in terms of hardware that exists. I feel that the PC version lag just avoid that the difference with the consoles too feel after only 1 year (knowing that the game runs in 720p and 900p on XB1 on PS4), to avoid de bring down sales.
