Francis Cabrel is a great artist of French song. However, this album is a stuck point between the very good "an insider" and the excellent "blowgun". Although some titles like "Again and Again" and "I Will Follow You" are real pearls, the whole album seems quite heavy and repetitive. The titles are starved of originality and are generally unpleasant to listen. In addition, the title track is one of the few waste that the artist was able to lay. The music is boring, the lyrics are surprisingly poor (compared to what he was able to produce throughout his career) and it's one of the few Sinatra songs that I do not listen to the end . Even titles like "walking man", "what did I just say?", "Lake Huron" or "doctor" in dire need of chili. We seem to hear the same songs repeatedly. Nothing to demarcate, this album represents the void in all its glory. I was fine to try to listen to it, I still can not get used to it. This album is for me a big disappointment from an artist that I like much yet. If you are looking Cabrel album with a special atmosphere, since it was the goal miss this record, listen more "fine damage" or even "blowgun" worth much instantly. This disc seems to be a catastrophic test a different style, unfortunately, the artist has lost his inspiration from his guitar and Scratch'n difficult trying to recover. Do not buy this record, it frankly not worth the blow that interested.
