So of the art and the setting, it seems simple at first, but there are various different adjustment possibilities:
The counterweights, attaching the weights, the fixation of the camera and the fixation of the handle.
There are no tips and tricks and you have to balance out all together. This makes it complicated, but all items are easy to adjust: So much experimenting :-)
