To put it just summarize:

- Very strong fog output
- Supplied extension (very long)
- Super simple and robust construction
- Continuously adjustable
- Very large water tank

Suitable bit noisy, definitely not for sleeping rooms -
- Stickers on the front (for logo and lettering regulator) dissolves really fast from (ugly)

I use the machine for my tropical plants who want to from time to time a little higher air humidity.
Sometimes I have even used during the summer in the outdoor area - despite strong objections, but driven by curiosity, the device also survived the direct sunlight of midsummer (do not try this).

Obviously a very robust, well designed machine.
