Apparently you have to be careful with this product, which sales representatives offering straight. Mine were of adaptare and also correspond to the figure. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Headphones and microphone plugged into the corresponding connector, the adapter then connected to the 4-pin 3.5mm port of the laptop and everything works as expected.
For the price there are also much more robust cable, why only 3 stars.
