I use 11mm pipe outside diameter. My tubes waterblock fittings are wide enough, but perfect not to lose flow.
The reason for the two stars and less is that I could not spend the whole collars on couplings because of the "inner circle". But the quality seems good and so far I have no leaks, so they seem to do their work anyway ^^
