I remember fishing technique from my own childhood. My dad and my grandma bought over the years tons of fishing equipment. It was my favorite toy until maybe age 14. Now I am a father to a daughter and a god-father to three boys. I was very happy to see what did Fischertechnik relaunched this year and ordered starter packs for all my kids for xmas. What I like about Fischertechnik Is that it teaches creativity from many different perspectives: There are the standard bricks, the static construction parts, motors, lights, electronics, and pneumatics. All Of Those can be combined with a computer interface to develop robotics. One can follow the sample models or just be creative and build Their Own. It is fun for smaller children, starting age 5 and even up to college with the electronics and robotics kits. I am looking forward playing with it myself together with my kids.
