Over 20 years ago I had the time Powerman 3 ordered by Koelbel, but time was too lazy to work. Still thrilled by the idea of a compact training device I searched the internet, if there is this company. Lo and behold, there they were still. After a long think I then gained me the Isokinator. At first I was put off by the promotional video that looked so, like one of those American infomercials. The device is presented here as a panacea. Such a thing always makes me suspicious. I'm actually for many years into the studio. However, not regularly. The permanently manned weight benches and machines annoy me just as the teenagers with slate baseball cap and muscle shirt. Since I can not set up his own studio in my apartment, my machine came in handy. One can thus make a total body workout without weights, and heavy equipment. My primary goal is to lose weight. This goal I have unfortunately not reached by Isokinator. But muscle growth already. But at the same time training it is not better or worse than the exercises that I otherwise do in the studio. After the studio I have even a little more muscle soreness. Only I can do this exercise at any time at home and I'm not tied to opening times. Most exercises are useful. However, I find the exercise for the stomach is not so overwhelming. 3 times 10 situps, I think this is a joke, because I realize even more the poor than on the belly. For leg exercises, there are rather nothing for calves. The Isokinator should be better than cardio to lose weight, according to advertising, such as running. I can see that a little differently. I run additionally 1 to 2 times a week. If you do this regularly, you definitely lose more weight than strength training. Anyway, it's in my way. But as with everything, it is a matter of discipline. You have to work out every other day, otherwise it does nothing. The Hater here with her a star rating might have tried the device only once, and then saw no success.
Pro and con: + Full Body Workout + Low risk of injury + Replaces many large equipment + Very high-quality workmanship + Success with regular use + An app with exercise instructions and videos for Apple and Android is available.

Whether you can achieve the same success with rubber bands, I can not judge. The price is relatively, considering that the guarantee is 20 years.
