I got myself the game yesterday and the story mode and multiplayer mode for 1 hour played.. Thus I was able to get a first impression I want to play you. The story is quite funny and plays like a Copserie, but the opening sequence is made cool and you have to get involved with the story. What I did not like, however, was the first chase, because you tried to install GTA but who has gone there once, driveability Hardline is spotty. The multiplayer mode is much faster as BF4 but as already mentioned in the heading should be seen BF Hardline as completely different game. The MP mode are made cool and bring some variety in the multiple gameplay. The 3 maps I've played so far were made clear and stylish.
