Tablet Dimensions (Galaxy Note 10.1 2014): 244mm x 172 and 8mm thick.
The tablet "floats" a little bit inside. For example, if the block bottom right, there is about 1cm free at the top and 1 cm on the left side. Same for the thickness, one could almost put a second shelf.
The cover will welcome a carefree slightly larger tablet or mini netbook eeepc type. Make sure the size of your still camera.
The cover is very nice to use. No risk of scratching the shelf during handling, and the "cap" closure does not leave from the tablet even insisting and shaking.
Beware though, this case offers only minor protection, ie to put your tablet safe from dust and light shocks, objects that could be taken over by mistake, etc.
If you are looking for all-terrain protection against falls and significant damage, it is better to invest in a cover / hard shell.
Here, we are more in protecting such "sock". Soft, quick and convenient to use, but offers little protection in dûr shot.
For my part, I wanted to have a quick storage protection, Discreet, without zippers and without having protection attached to the camera, I am completely satisfied.
