We ordered the dog bed for our grandson dog; within two days it was delivered, it came well packaged in a large box and in it was in turn protected in a large plastic bag. It was intact and not bent. Still, it's nice and soft padded, it retains its shape and is also very visually appealing. We have let our Dalmatian bitch Tender sample sleep ever (actually it should indeed be a Christmas present) - she finds it seem heavenly to sleep in it, because they no longer wanted the door to greet guests. And if it should be even covered themselves, the covers can be removed and washed - just a "real" bed!
