From the perspective of the "scenario" an excellent idea: each level of the game can be played on the 2 sides, the good guys (Batman and Robin) and villains (The Penguin, the Joker, and the whole gang of bad guys). But beware, this is not just the same level that is played 2 times with different characters; it really is 2 different routes, which converge to the same point, which is the end of level meeting between the good guys and the bad boss. Example on the first level: Batman and Robin must go fight the boss is robbing a bank; they pass through the streets of Gotham City until the bank. The naughty side, the level is built around access to the bank and its vault.
The realization is good, but with 3 reserves compared to other Lego games:
- Batman universe requires, colors are generally quite dark. Problem: it a little sometimes reduced readability levels.
- At times, the field is too broad (ie the camera is too far back in relation to the characters). Again, it can make it difficult to understand what is happening.
- Some gameplay problems at the scales, which I find difficult to take, I for some reason
Beyond these few flaws that are not huge, the game is very good, maybe not the best of the Lego series (unless you're a fan of Batman), but in view of the price at which he fell, c is a good investment if you like the genre Action / platform / adventure with a layer of fun and a good superhero license dose.
Note the difficulty: I play Lego with my son (5 years). Star Wars or Harry Potter, it has not too many problems (except very punctual passages). On this Batman, I noticed the delicate passages (narrow bridges, precise jumps, etc.) are more numerous and therefore frustration happens more frequently. This lego game is not the most suitable for very young players.
