1. The connection to the Smartphone.
At the first use just turn the headset, the Smartphone is in Bluetooth mode. The coupling used depends on the Smartphone; in my case, with a Nokia Lumia 800, I had no problem (although this is the first time I use the Bluetooth). After first use there is nothing more to do.
2. The sound quality of the headset for me to use as I do, that listen to music when I run. It is perhaps not the quality of a living helmet but I find that music is well defined.
3. The helmet does not wrap the ears we do not feel isolation from the outside, which may be annoying in public transport, but is an outdoor security advantage because one hears cars.
4. The helmet would have been perfect for me was completely compatible with my smartphone, which is not the case. Indeed it can not take phone calls or order a break from listening to music. The reason is that the headset works with version 3 of Bluetooth while my smartphone only works with version 2.1. This was confirmed to me by consumers of Philips and Nokia that I contacted. Yet my smartphone is not old because I bought it there less than a year and a half. For now it is not possible to download the new version of Bluetooth on the Nokia Lumia 800.
So if you are interested in the opportunity to spend and make calls with the headset check that you have version 3 of the Bluetooth on your phone.
