A good method 1

A good method 1

The training of an inmate (Paperback)

Customer Review

This book offers a method to gain strength and it gradually.

Most:
- Everyone can practice since the first exercises are accessible to all
- Progression is logical and can allow, over time, performing exercises that it felt unable to beginner
- Each exercise is fully detailed and explained
- The quality of movement over quantity

Cons:
- A truly rotten translation. That's the word for word translation. The translation work was botched, and the editing work, moreover
- Too content to the US that spends a lot of time to say why this method is right and the others are not. Too much useless crap

Advice for beginners: not wanting to go too fast. Take plenty of time to do the exercises step by step (those who think that the first level of squats that gives the impression of not pushing that air is just that have not tried properly). Not wanting to do too much too either in a short period of time. Muscles need to learn the moves quietly, without being abused
