Cheap pans began to date after some use on my ceramic hob to wobble on and after a relatively short time broke up in some places from the coating. Therefore I once invested few more euros and bought this pan. It is surprisingly heavy and feels very valuable. Meat, fried eggs, etc. cook absolutely evenly and there are no hot spots and thus darker or burned bodies.
Little by little I will also share my larger pans by Fissler. This pan is a good example that it is worth investing a few euros more.
