Strengths:
* Concise
* Relevant
* Test result finely suited to you
* Provides you with 50 concrete actions to improve, to put into practice from day one
Weak points:
* No translated into French, nor in the book nor in the online test. Tip: Either you buy version 1, which has been translated into French and allows you to take the test in French, but you will lose the extreme personalization provided by the version 2, or you decide to pass the English test: in this case send an email to Gallup to ask them to remove the time limits of the test. You will have all the time to translate each question before answering.
* It is possible that everyone is not the relevant test results, either because it undermines what you think you know about yourself, the test was wrong, that you were not in good arrangements, etc. I gave the book to one of my staff and he said they found the test results rather "classic". But it's a common pitfall to many psychological tests.
