Two young children who spend their time making jokes at their school hypnotize the principal of their school to make him believe he's a superhero: Captain underpants. It believes so, as this is through the city, over the episodes, only wearing his underwear kangaroo and a piece of curtain for a cape. And it works! The bad guys had better watch out!
