The adapter works as it should. The SIM card is me indeed constantly fell out when tuck in the Simkartenhalterung, but it works just fine. From my experience I can say that the adapter fits in in a Motorola Milestone and also in the Sony Ericsson W220i, that is for old and new fits.
I'm very satisfied.
