I was on the intensive search for a young relative of my wife far from home who do not speak German and to find a suitable small gift as a first foreign language learning English. After many current series are designed for English beginners who come decidedly from the Germans, my focus was finally on the Penguin Readers publishing since its publications are purely EN languages, just as I had imagined it. Due to want of interest situation of the young girl and my caution choose not to difficult work it was the present here. I had imagined a small paperback, the mailbox when I opened today, I found it something that looked like an empty envelope from Amazon. With all my meticulousness I had overlooked: 12.6 x 0.2 x 18.8 cm. And what can be found in the product description anywhere, is a reference to the comic form of the content. In plain English, it is a format that is slightly smaller than A5, of which 15 pages comic as content and pages 3 exercises and word list hintendran. One could call it as a slightly higher-sized pixie-book, in any case, a lot leaner than I expected when ordering. This quantity is low but qualitatively fully OK, the drawings are very pretty and as a gift, it will certainly hit the right notch, even if only for 10 minutes.
