That's how it all started in the city of Ankh-Morpork. A simple tourist, armed with his box and taking images of his suitcase ... or rather its independent travel trunk equipped with a hundred legs, filled with a fortune of gold and tirelessly follows his master. So our tourist, naive, gold filled pockets, which landed in the most seedy city Discworld. Laying the foundations laid ... well ... is a big word .... more precariously seems fair.
Very soon it will be the big fireworks. The adventure goes in all directions at 200 miles an hour without giving you a second to catch your breath. At the point we unfortunately get lost from time to time.
This little book of 280 pages includes 4 chapters, in this thread, are actually 4 different stories, some of which end with a spin that the author leaves us a little on our hunger for my taste
Despite this disjointed feel, despite a difficult reading at times, we spent a great time. The humor of English Terry Pratchett a particularly flavorful color to the novel and the adventure is fantastically wacky.
It seems that the first volume of this huge Discworld series is one of the worse so I will go and continue with the second book in the series: The eighth spell.
Oh yes I forgot to tell you ... each book is a comprehensive history but not the first two volumes. So plan to read volume 1 and 2 if you want to know the end of the adventure of our tourist and his companions.
