A matter of anticipation ...

I was looking for a compact system, which should provide sound with various reception possibilities and good sound our kitchen.
Unfortunately the "small Philips" my requirements do not meet, which does not mean that it is bad, but just not up to my expectations.

But now time for concrete Why not:

-The display can be actually read only from an elevated position (the part must be below), a contrast setting I did not find, however tiny the screen is
RDS station identification is displayed, in fact, only after you press the RDS button and the next button away (?!?!)
-The radio reception was rather moderate despite external antenna and partially disturbed by slight noise
-Sendersuchlauf Is incredibly slow
-The service is not really intuitive (and many functions there are not)
-The sound is according to the size, basses are only slightly present, where mids and highs are OK
I have expected too much, he who seeks only a "kitchen radio" can still be happy

As positive I found:
-äußere Release
-angenehme remote control (which, however, no batteries in layers)

Conclusion (note a box set ;-)):
Anyone looking for a visually appealing mini system with CD playback and USB port,
which are not placed increases and
is to operate normally with only one transmitter, which bears strong,
no bulky SOUND expected and
the device might want to attach to the wall,
can be happy with the part that everyone else will probably confirm my experiences.

If this is really about sound, then you have probably invest more than twice, so I was now able to find in the
Philips BTB7150 that sounds terrific (please also here the size is not forgotten, but of SOUND we must there really speak) and still has a few nice features like DAB + and Bluetooth on board.
