The handle MHG-XT is available in three sizes, two with extended handle and this,
which may be regarded as a single base plate.
I have chosen deliberately for this one because I the other as not aesthetically
felt.
But now to the core:
The handle (the others) is made of aluminum and is by means of a hexagon
Screw attached to the bottom of the camera. Now one is also a tripod socket in the
optical axis of the camera. But the best part of the MHG handles the
Compatibility with Acra-Swiss clutches, this saves so an extra clutch plate.
In addition, as can be seen in the product picture, a recess for opening the battery cover
attached, which makes disengagement of the plate unnecessary.
All in all a successful product that clearly a "must-have" for stand owner.
