I use it mainly with a Minolta 70-210 mm F4 telephoto zoom on a Sony Alpha A57 APS-C camera. This can be (the 'closest focusing distance of the lens exploiting) imaging scales of nearly 1: 1 can be achieved. The provided photos are uncircumcised. It was included in the 210 mm position, with aperture 16 and 18 respectively.
The Marumi DHG 330 has 3 diopters, and thus a focal length of about 330 mm, so probably the name. That is, when the main lens is set to infinity, the object distance to the object to be picked up is this 33 cm. This allows also record schreckhaftere insects. If you use the focusing distance of the lens, you can even closer.
The depth of field is naturally very limited in the macro range, therefore you will usually work with small aperture. Too small aperture should not be chosen yet, because there is otherwise diffraction blur. In this respect, cameras tend to be more appropriate with smaller sensors, which require this greater depth of field for macro shots.
