A perfect fit - retrofitting with small extra charge was worth it

I have long quarreled if I can convert my laptop ACER 4400 mA 5739G .... with the existing battery from the original equipment (AS07B31, 10.8 volts) to the offered here 14.8 volts. (See also the recession on 16/09/2011)

The descriptions and answers to conversion are not entirely clear whether that fits all and works.
So I asked the Acer service center and got the following response:
"Answer (Acer Online Support Center) - 27/04/2012: The more cells (6 to 8 cells) of the larger battery has also more of this tension, but should not be a problem because the current is so important" :-)

The seller of Net-Electronics has however recommended to me, the same to take (10.8 / 11.1 V 4400 mA) -> this information unfortunately was not correct! :-(

I then but this larger battery ordered - and it fits perfectly and has now (after 6 weeks) for a period of 2.0-2.5 hours which ought to be common for a laptop!
I am very satisfied and would recommend this product fully, especially when only a small price difference! :-)

The shipping etc. worked without problems :-)

TIP! The multiple (3-4 times) charging / discharging procedure = calibration should be carried out with (there are instructions from the dealer)!
