I chose this model among the Philips Blu-ray players from entry-level segment because it is the only one to offer audio jacks to connect it to an external audio amplifier and install and, PPV his own home theater system. This simple point justifies its price, slightly higher than its direct competitors.

The Philips BDP3490 / 12 also presents the advantages of its small size and elegant design. He is also able to play all audio and video formats (including Blu-ray 3D) and connects to the TV via a single HDMI and installs in minutes without any problems.

The player comes with a small and very intuitive remote control. This is a perfect product for movie buffs who only have a small budget and a small apartment.
