I own the reader since Christmas and am very satisfied. Especially convinced me of the wide range of functions in the notes (handwriting) and the built-in MP3 player for audio books. A microSD card can store the zoom up to 32 GB, which is incredibly handy just for audio books. With DRM and the transmissions I had so far no problems at all, even though I have not installed Adobe Digital Editions, but I only have Adobe ID fetched. The Reader I befülle on Sony for Mac software and Calibre, depending on whether I buy titles or me Free, about Project Gutenberg downloading. Both works absolutely without problems. I especially like the ability to borrow eBooks from the library, which the purchase was also decisive for the Sony Reader for me. I can recommend the PRS-T1 good conscience to anyone who wants to read not just selling books, but also like to borrow, many notes and makes listening to audio books. You get a very flexible device at a reasonable price and if Sony's Reader Store is launched in the spring of 2012, the Books is just as comfortable as on Amazon. Just a great device!
Addendum October 2012: Well the promised spring Sony Store is now still not opened and there is no new date. With the device as such, I am indeed still very satisfied, but the Kauferei on the computer irritates me yet. Pay me now but probably set a Kindle and use it only for the loan from the library. Too bad.
