This belt was lent me during pregnancy: from the establishment, the dull pain in the lower back and upper buttocks, and the impression of the basin which tilted forward had directly gone. I wore it almost all the time.

A few months after pregnancy, low back pain, from carrying baby from floor to arms. So I bought this belt: also out pregnancy is a relief of back pain and buttocks.

The main flaw of the scratch is the same width as the belt, if it is not positioned exactly right, some scratch hooks are in contact with the skin and irritates it. The solution: the scratch overlap.

Otherwise, the belt tends to slide towards the top, we must reposition regularly.

Is worn under clothing without problem so very discreet.
