I've tried the jump rope in the meantime and I'm really very happy with it. I have bought myself the jump rope for Freeletic workouts with running sessions because I so do not fancy this morning or evening to carry out in the dark winter months in the dark, unlit parking. And jump rope is a very good alternative to running sessions so that you can perform the workout in your own home. Even for me, as an absolute novice when it comes jumping rope, there was with the skipping rope no problems. Adjusted to the appropriate length, I made already after 5 minutes settling the first time around 100 WH with only two or three "Verhedderern". It fits comfortably in your hand, swinging well and evenly. Its speed can be controlled very precisely. Also criticized in some reviews disturbing "clacking" sound did not exist for me. Well is a matter of optimum length adjustment and the individual jumping technique. The interfering in length protruding ends I simply "bent" fixed by means of adhesive tape strips with the skipping rope. My personal conclusion to date: 5 out of 5 stars.
