They had the height of 9.5mm to comply (to find a place in the second slot in the notebook by) and provide as much space. One of the first (and few) 1.5 TB hard drives with "normal" height is this Hitachi, which more than met since the installation all expectations.
In the first part there is a Partiion for temporary files and the paging file, in the second part I save the data, operating system and programs are located on the first hard disk.
By design, the Hitachi is of course not a sprinter. But it is reliable and stable, is on the partition for temporary files regularly in operation and remains both extremely quiet and extremely cool. Only in very exceptional cases, the temperature rises according CrystalDiskInfo at about 40 degrees, which is an outstanding value at close quarters in notebooks.
In addition there was this huge memory at a very reasonable price, in which the purse would be powerful!
