A review of vinyl set by a fan for fans: Warner has lost it again

They constantly been postponed. Announced on 21 October 2009, the vinyl edition of Madonna's ultimate Hitsammlung CELEBRATION appeared finally one day before Christmas Eve in the US. Now she is going to have sporadically also in Germany. I now do not agree to the choice of songs, because I think that anyway just hardcore Madonna fans would resort to this set.

Lovers of good old vinyls have waited so long. Is there now a difference between plate set and double-CD? In no reason, the songs are the same that have been but this time instead pressed on two CDs on four discs. Other one has it not also expected. But that package looks so boringly normal, in the long production period is a real surprise. As was to be read on the US Amazon site, the disks appear to contain two simple Cardboard sleeves (must be good German the cardboard sleeve, ie a hinged cover, in which the plates stuck). So these sleeves each containing two records. The place is too narrow, the plates are squeezed together. The Mounting of the panels in the sleeves is a tightrope every time. I would not be surprised if the vinyls are bent slightly after some time. Since Warner could have given much more trouble. This contrasts with that erroneous song credits, which are in the booklet of the double CD and will note on the inside of the set, have been corrected. What is otherwise still nice to look at? Each label of the Vinyls carries an edited by American artist Mr. Brainwash image of Madonna. These images are known from the booklet of the double CD.
