A revival that is not one!

However, after 2 nights of use, it soon realizes its limitations:
- The backlight is adjustable, but not enough: the alarm lights at night too. The first solution is to turn off the screen ... but you can not see the time. The second solution is to black out the image on the SD card and block the slideshow on this image.
- Can not be disabled when the slideshow displaying time.
- Can not adjust the volume of the alarm ... unless it is awakened by the radio. Result, there are plenty ears, which is not very consistent with the 'Gentle Wake' announced by the manufacturer.

So yes, this clock radio is very utilie to listen to music, the radio or watch the pictures, but it is almost unusable as an alarm clock!
