A rock-solid all-trades

Contrary to my habits, I would like to describe my first impressions to the Kenwood KM 086, which was first made us available for testing within a short time. So much in advance: 1200 Euros are a house number, but the KM 086 is worth every euro and I do not give her back.

The machine is high-quality. Everything blends together harmoniously, the tolerances are at a premium level. This applies to the device as such, as well as all accessories. The arm folds up and down like the wings of doors of a 300 Mercedes SL. Nothing crunches, cracks or hooked. A Dream.
With the extensive range of accessories (sold in mixing bowl, glass mixing jug, chopper attachment, scraper, scrambled sentence, stirring hook, K-hook, dough hook, recipe book, spatula) you are prepared for all tasks in the kitchen.
The duty of a machine of this type, kneading a smooth yeast dough, is of course excellent vonstatten. However, this may also contain other machines.
The highlight is the induction hob, which enables the preparation of soups, puddings, risotto etc etc. The fine adjustment of the temperature also allows to find the right temperature for each preparation. So quickly can the KM 086 burn anything.
Also whipping cream goes quickly, thanks to the balloon whisk and if one uses the splash, the equipment and the kitchen stays during which clean.
With the glass mixing jug you quickly prepares delicious shakes or smoothies and with the chopper attachment you are ideally equipped for the raw food salad.
The extremely strong engine is not to force to their knees, no matter what one imposes the machine. Especially when said dough some other machine to its knees, or even reports an impending engine overheating. This is a hardly happen at the KM 086.
The large stainless steel bowl holds 6.7 liters and is thus well equipped for the preparation of large quantities.

The high quality is also reflected in the display. Just recently I had the opportunity to see a "Super Chef CF-550", a kind of Thermomix copy in action. Not only does this machine, which is admittedly cheaper as well, not such a big scope and engine power has, no one notices even if only to the touch and to details such as the inferior display with pixel defects that such a low-cost machine the rigors of everyday life barely long will be able to withstand.
The Kenwood KM 086 is built to last. I have no doubt that this machine will keep under careful treatment, many many years.
Although this review may sound like an advertising text. I have not only nothing to do with the manufacturer, but have never allowed to operate a Kenwood unit of this type.
Rarely have I felt so convinced of a kitchen appliance, such as the Cooking Chef KM 086 Kenwood.
The, in our case, almost 1200 euros I gladly into their own hands and put everything else aside far.
A real help around the house, which every amateur chef will prepare a pagan joy.
