I started yesterday the 4th week of training; I feel much better in my body; I am 57 years old and used to do 30 minutes of stretching and abdominal every morning; adding the exercises in this book, I've become more flexible; the exercises are very well explained and easy to apply; can modulate the effort and duration of each (if such a small pain occurs in a knee !!) I do not regret my purchase and recommend this book to anyone who want to age well.
